For a group spa party booking, the minimum service total per person is $50 (before taxes and after any discounts).  Choose from pedicures, manicures, facials, massages, waxing and more. Or each of your friends can put together his or her own individual combination of services that would total at least $50 per person (after any discounts).  There are no other room rental fees or booking fees, just the cost of your services plus taxes and gratuity.

We do not have pre-set packages for parties or group bookings because from experience, every party is as unique as the people who attend them.  Instead, we give our guests the chance to customize and design a package the way it works best for them.  This way, no one is forced to take a service just because "it was already part of the package".

You are welcome to bring your own ready-to-eat food and beverages (no on-site prepping please!). We recommend appetizers or finger foods instead of 'meal-type' foods, nothing too aromatic that would overpower the air in the room.  A table or counter will be set up for you where you can place your items along with your paper plates, cutlery, glassware, etc.  We can put some of your drinks in our fridge for you to keep them nice and cold.

As far as alcohol consumption goes, you may bring a bottle of champagne or wine with you to be shared by everybody in the group.  You do not require a liquor license as long as each person only has 1 glass and it has to be consumed during the beginning of a minimum 2-hour stay.  We have consulted with the liquor board regarding this matter and this requirement seems quite logical.

Perfect Health Spas in Richmond have 2 movie rooms - a smaller movie room that is good for 3-4 people, and a bigger room good for up to 20 people in Richmond.  If your party has 8 or more guests, you may have the exclusive use of the bigger rooms.  If your party has less than 8 guests, you will be sharing the bigger rooms with other clients or we may assign the smaller rooms for your exclusive use.  The customer whose appointment starts first gets to choose the DVD to play on our movie screens.

If you are the Spa Party Organizer, you have to encourage your guests to choose their spa services as soon as possible so that you can submit your Spa Party Contract without delay, and to avoid losing the date you want to another customer. You and your guests are welcome to make changes to your original choices but you have to indicate this on the original contract and re-fax to us no less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the event.

If you plan to consume more than one serving per person, then all you have to do is get an Event Licence from any B.C. Liquor Store for only $25.00.  They will give you a form to fill out and then they will give you a duplicate copy to bring to us on the day of your party.

We have a small library of DVD movies, mostly romantic comedies (no horror movies or anything stressful to watch) or you can bring your own. For your convenience, there is a Rogers Video store across the street from our Vancouver location. Just make sure that you have rented your movie and are back at the spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointments. Please note, we will not play illegally pirated or bootleg DVDs.

You can also hook up your laptop to our projector for PowerPoint presentations or slide shows (please advise us ahead of time so we can set it up for you).

Imagine all of you in a room, all together, laughing, eating, drinking, getting services done - and watching a movie on a big screen.  It will be fun!

Send us an email to receive our Spa Party Booking Form.  When you are ready, please print it out and fill in the necessary information and fax it back to us at (604) 821-0050 for Richmond. Once we receive it, then we can reserve the time for you and proceed to book it into our computer system which will give an approximate duration time and completion time for all of your party's services.

Any changes in your chosen individual spa services shall be done through your spa party organizer so that the list of services on his/her copy of the Spa Party Booking Form will match the copy that he/she will fax over to us.
